Products & Pricing
We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that colors and details will appear exactly as shown on every screen.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received before your order is processed.
Please note that many of our products are handmade. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Stay Threads is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Stay Threads is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at staythreads@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Significantly different from product description
Not Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Incorrect personalization details entered at checkout
- Delayed shipping due to carrier issues
